Mr. McDonald current assignment is General Manager for AIB Hotel & Restaurant Supplies headquartered in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. He has held this position since 2016, and while in this position he has played a vital role in managing key project variables related to all aspects of cleaning and sanitization in the Hospitality Sector.

ECOLAB Distributor and Technical Support 2013-2016

Sales Engineer for AIB’s service team by applying the general mode of operation for AIB’s distribution network to daily activities. Apply mechanical aptitude to install and repair dispensing systems for dish machines, housekeeping machines, laundry extractors, and pool chlorinator while demonstrating safe equipment use and ensure equipment is fully operational. Responsible for all maintenance and inventory required for each operating Ecolab’s dispensing system. Maintain and grow sales within the existing territory of food service, hospitality, and water sanitation. Learn customer’s operations and devise unique solutions as their expert for advanced cleaning, sanitation, product delivery. Correspond with customers and management with consistent email reports on all technical service provided for AIB/Ecolab’s equipment. Responsible for supervision and maintenance of all Pool and Equipment Lease contracts. Provide emergency service coverage after hours to customers.
